We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance and Landscaping Technician to perform a variety of maintenance, repair, and outdoor beautification tasks. This role involves maintaining buildings, equipment, and outdoor areas such as lawns, gardens, and landscaped spaces. The ideal candidate has strong technical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the physical stamina to work in both indoor and outdoor environments. You’ll work closely with our maintenance team to ensure facilities and grounds remain safe, functional, and visually appealing.

Duties:

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on buildings, equipment, and outdoor systems
• Perform general repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and masonry as needed
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with facility and landscape systems to ensure proper operation
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repair, and landscaping work completed
• Order, track, and organize maintenance and landscaping supplies and equipment
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance or repair requests
• Mow, edge, trim, and maintain lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas
• Plant, water, fertilize, prune, and care for trees, shrubs, and flowers to promote healthy growth
• Install, inspect, and repair irrigation systems to ensure efficient watering
• Apply pesticides or herbicides as necessary to control weeds and pests safely
• Operate and maintain landscaping tools and machinery such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Remove debris and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all outdoor areas
• Assist with the design, installation, and upkeep of new landscape and hardscape projects
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients to ensure high-quality results
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold safety standards at all times

Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in general maintenance, landscaping, or a related field
• Proficiency with hand and power tools used in building and grounds maintenance
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and irrigation systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and site plans
• Experience operating and maintaining landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and customer service skills
