Job Summary:

The General Manager (Real Estate) will oversee the end-to-end operations of the real estate division, including project planning, sales strategy, business development, and team management. The role involves driving profitability, ensuring timely project execution, and maintaining customer satisfaction through efficient operations and strategic leadership.

Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Planning & Business Growth

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and investment prospects.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies.

2. Sales & Marketing Management

  • Lead and guide the sales and marketing teams to meet revenue goals.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
  • Oversee pricing, negotiation, and closing of high-value deals.

3. Project & Operations Management

  • Coordinate with project, design, and construction teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Review project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure adherence to plans.
  • Maintain quality and compliance standards across all real estate developments.

4. Financial Management

  • Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reports.
  • Ensure profitability through cost optimization and efficient resource allocation.
  • Liaise with finance teams on funding requirements and cash flow management.

5. Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage, mentor, and evaluate the performance of departmental heads and teams.
  • Build a results-driven culture with focus on accountability and innovation.
  • Facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

6. Client Relations & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, clients, and partners.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience and timely response to client concerns.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in real estate operations, sales, or project management.
  • Proven track record of leading large teams and managing multi-crore projects.
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and leadership qualities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
