General Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at Bajrang Infrastructure and Construction Pvt. Ltd., located in Ranchi. The General Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of the organization, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Responsibilities include leading and coordinating project planning, supervising teams, managing resources, maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies. The role also involves driving business growth and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

• Leadership, Team Management, and Strategic Planning abilities
• Project Management skills, including budget management and resource allocation expertise
• Knowledge of Construction Processes, Safety Regulations, and Quality Standards
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Decision-Making skills
• Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities
• Experience in contract management and stakeholder engagement with 10-20 years in the similar industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Volunteer

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
