Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business targets and market expansion.
- Identify new service lines, regional opportunities, and business partnerships.
- Drive growth in UAE and KSA markets, especially in company formation and corporate services.
2. Operations & Process Management
- Oversee daily corporate services, business setup operations, and client service delivery.
- Improve and standardize internal processes for efficiency and compliance.
- Set up performance KPIs and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
3. Financial & Performance Management
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and revenue targets.
- Monitor P&L, reduce operational costs, and maximize profitability.
- Ensure financial reporting accuracy and adherence to company policies.
4. Team Leadership & HR Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate teams across Sales, PRO, Operations, and Accounts.
- Conduct performance appraisals, ensure KPI alignment, and handle staff development.
- Oversee recruitment and implement a strong organizational structure.
5. Client Relationship & Service Excellence
- Ensure high-level satisfaction for corporate clients seeking UAE/KSA company registration.
- Handle escalated client issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, partners, and government entities.
6. Compliance & Government Liaison
- Ensure all procedures comply with UAE Free Zones, DED, MOFA, KSA MISA/MOCI requirements.
- Oversee documentation, approvals, and legal compliance for business setup.
- Maintain strong relationships with government authorities.
7. Marketing, Sales & Brand Support
- Work with the marketing team to design growth-focused strategies.
- Approve campaigns, online ads, and brand activities to strengthen market presence.
- Support sales teams with strategy, pricing decisions, and client conversions.
8. Reporting & Communication
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for top management.
- Conduct internal meetings and communicate strategic objectives to the team.
- Represent the company in exhibitions, conferences, and partnerships.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in General Management, preferably in:
- Business consulting
- Company formation
- Corporate services
- PRO/government liaison
- Strong understanding of UAE business setup procedures.
- Exceptional leadership and people-management skills.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver measurable results.
