About the Role

PHX Prime Properties is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our Dubai operations. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the real estate industry and proven expertise in managing sales, marketing, operations, and day-to-day business activities. This role requires strategic leadership, strong operational oversight, and the ability to drive business growth in a competitive real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Leadership

• Drive overall sales strategy to achieve revenue and sales targets.
• Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure consistent performance and productivity.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, brokers, and key stakeholders.
• Oversee client acquisition, property listings, negotiations, and deal closures.

2. Marketing Oversight

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for branding, lead generation, and property promotions.
• Coordinate with marketing team/agencies to enhance digital presence and campaign performance.
• Ensure all marketing materials reflect brand standards and comply with market regulations.

3. Operational Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the company including sales flow, client engagements, admin processes, and compliance.
• Implement systems and SOPs for efficient workflow and team coordination.
• Monitor and improve internal processes to ensure operational excellence.
• Manage office administration, resource allocation, and company assets.

4. Business Strategy & Growth

• Develop long-term growth plans aligned with company objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion avenues.
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for senior management.

5. Team Management

• Lead, inspire, and manage cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations.
• Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and skill development sessions.
• Create a positive and high-performance work culture.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of UAE real estate experience with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market, developers, and property regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies, marketing principles, and operational management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Excellent client relationship management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
