About the Role
We are looking for a highly dependable, multi-skilled Property Manager & Executive Assistant who can run end-to-end operations across construction, property maintenance, Airbnb listings, and team supervision. This role demands someone who can travel, communicate well in English, Hindi, and Malayalam, and manage a small team of 4–5 people while coordinating with multiple vendors and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Property & Operational Management
- Manage day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring smooth functioning across all areas.
- Oversee landscaping activities, maintenance schedules, and upkeep of the grounds.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external service providers.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation.
2. Construction & On-Site Coordination
- Monitor ongoing construction or renovation work.
- Liaise with contractors, workers, and material suppliers.
- Track progress, maintain checklists, report issues, and ensure quality control.
- Handle procurement, cost comparisons, and basic budgeting.
3. Airbnb & Listing Management
- Manage and update all Airbnb and property listings.
- Optimize pricing, descriptions, photos, and amenities.
- Oversee cleaning, turnaround schedules, and property readiness.
- Track bookings, reviews, and operational performance.
4. Team Management
- Supervise a team of 4–5 staff members across housekeeping, maintenance, or operations.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure accountability.
- Train team members in service standards and operational protocols.
- Maintain daily reports and coordinate staffing needs.
5. Executive Assistance
- Support the founder with scheduling, coordination, and operational tasks.
- Run errands, manage documentation, and organize travel itineraries.
- Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong interest in construction, real estate, property operations, or hospitality.
- Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Malayalam (mandatory).
- Ability and willingness to travel as required.
- Comfortable working on-site, outdoors, and handling multiple responsibilities without supervision.
- Organized, proactive, reliable, and capable of anticipating needs.
- Confident in managing people and resolving operational issues quickly.
- Tech-friendly: spreadsheet tools, Airbnb dashboard, messaging apps.
Qualifications
- 2–6 years of experience in property management, construction coordination, hospitality operations, or similar fields.
- Experience managing teams is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Success Metrics
- Property operations run reliably and efficiently.
- Construction work stays on schedule and to spec.
- Listings are optimized, producing high occupancy and strong reviews.
- Landscaping and maintenance are consistently well-managed.
- Team performance is stable and improving over time.
