Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
General Manager
to lead overall business operations, drive sustainable growth, and ensure seamless execution of projects valued up to AED 1.5 million. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in
modular furniture
,
home furnishing
, and
medium-scale building projects
(G+5, G+7), with proven ability to close leads and manage cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth coordination between production, procurement, logistics, and installation teams.

Manage project execution for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and contract furniture solutions.

Ensure all projects meet quality, timelines, and cost-efficiency targets.
Business Growth & Lead Management

Drive business development efforts and confidently
close leads
to achieve revenue targets.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and high satisfaction.

Identify new opportunities within the UAE market for expansion.
Project & Financial Management

Manage medium-scale projects (G+5, G+7 buildings) with values up to AED 1.5 million.

Oversee budget allocation, P&L performance, and financial accountability.

Ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and contractual agreements.
Team Leadership

Lead and mentor a team across operations, sales, and project management.

Promote a culture of professionalism, accountability, and operational excellence.
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

Build strong vendor networks for timely procurement and high-quality materials.

Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants for project approvals and installations.
Qualifications & Requirements

5–6 years of experience in
modular furniture
,
contract furniture
, or
home furnishing industry
.

Demonstrated ability to manage medium-scale building projects (G+5, G+7).

Strong sales, negotiation, and
lead-closing
capabilities.

Experience managing project values up to
AED 1.5 million
