General Manager Job Description:

The General Manager is responsible for managing the day to day operations, ensuring excellent guest service and the overall success of the restaurant. Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills contribute to success in this role. This position requires prior full-service restaurant experience as a General Manager.

Our General Manager's receive in-depth paid training for approximately the first 8 weeks and a 3% pay increase after successful completion of training.

Pay Range:

$66,178.00 to $78,928.00 depending on experience and education. Annual salary increase of 3% after completion of training is between $1985.34 to $2367.84 per year depending on the starting salary.

What You Will Do:

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations for efficiency and profitability
• Oversee inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships
• Cost Control , Food, Bar, Labor
• Manage and motivate team members ensuring excellent guest services
• Teaching and coaching of standards, company policies
• Shift Planning and scheduling ensuring appropriate staffing for anticipated business flow
• Ensure health, safety, sanitation and labor law regulations and compliance
• Implement and execute trainings
• Implement specials and marketing initiatives
• Interview, orientation, onboarding

• Able to work 46-49 hrs. per week
