Vacancy: General Manager — Steleo Agency (Dubai | On-Site)

Steleo is a growing creative and marketing agency working with clients in real estate, tech, and corporate sectors. We are looking for a General Manager to play a key role in the company’s growth and operational leadership.

This role is for someone who understands how a marketing agency operates end-to-end, knows the competition, has a proven track record, and demonstrates excellent management skills.

About the Role

As General Manager, you will be responsible for:

· Leading the agency’s day-to-day operations

· Improving processes, structure, and team performance

· Supporting business development and expanding key accounts

· Contributing to the achievement of the company’s strategic and financial objectives

· Ensuring the agency delivers consistent, high-quality work

· Enhancing pricing strategies to ensure profitability while remaining competitive

Requirements

· A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or an equivalent field

· 7+ years of experience in a marketing, advertising, or creative agency

· Strong leadership and team management skills

· Experience working in the UAE market (preferred)

· Solid understanding of digital marketing, creative production, and performance functions

· Proven ability to grow accounts, manage clients, and oversee delivery

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

· Ability to build and implement operational systems and workflows

Preferred Experience

· Agency structuring, operations setup, or scaling teams

· Real estate marketing experience

· Familiarity with CRM, workflow systems, and marketing tools

· Understanding of compliance and marketing regulations in the UAE

Final Interview Requirement

Candidates shortlisted will be asked to present a 1-year agency development plan.
This is a practical exercise, not a full business plan, where you outline how you would stabilise and grow the agency over the first year.
