GENERAL MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive business growth, and lead cross-functional teams of ALL 7 BRANCHES ACROSS DUBAI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, financial performance, staff management, and ensuring operational excellence across the organization.MORE THAN 8 TO 10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IS PREFERABLE-

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations and ensure efficiency and profitability
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost controls
• Lead, motivate, and evaluate management and staff teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for senior leadership
• Improve customer satisfaction and business performance
• Coordinate with department heads to optimize operations

Qualifications

• Masters degree in magangement-other relevent degrees are also considerable.
• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior management role
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Financial management and budgeting experience
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
