What you’ll do
We are seeking a proven, dynamic General Manager to lead a strategically critical division focused on specialty assembly manufacturing and product distribution within a leading digital service provider, offering fluid conveyance solutions that empower industries to achieve their full potential. This individual will assume full P&L responsibility and drive performance across all functions—including operations, sales & marketing, sourcing, and engineering—while ensuring world-class customer satisfaction, profitability, and growth. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong sense of ownership, a strategic mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment.
A Day in the Life
- P&L Leadership:
Own the division’s profit and loss performance, with a focus on sustained profitability, cost control, cash flow optimization, and customer satisfaction. - Operational Oversight:
Direct and coordinate all manufacturing operations, including workforce and equipment planning, throughput optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Commercial Leadership:
Actively lead and align sales, marketing, and sourcing efforts to achieve strategic goals and revenue targets. - Strategic Growth:
Develop and execute growth strategies that expand the division’s aerospace, industrial and pharmacological market presence and capitalize on emerging opportunities. - Planning & Execution:
Contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans, annual operating plans, and sales, inventory & operations planning. - Team Leadership:
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Drive recruitment, development, and retention of top talent. - Cross-Company Collaboration:
Work closely with Tipco corporate leadership and other operating companies to ensure alignment, share best practices, and leverage company-wide resources. - Culture & Safety:

A bit About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in Sales, Engineering, Operations, or Marketing, preferably within industry or aerospace or a related precision manufacturing environment.
- At least 5 years of General Management experience, ideally in a mid-market or growth-stage company.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment requiring high attention to detail.
- Proven strategic thinker with a strong bias for action and results.
- Inspirational leadership style with a track record of developing high-performance teams.
- Strong communication, financial acumen, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 150 lbs. and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
- Ability to travel within required branch locations.

Compensation Range: $120,000.00- $220,000.00 based on qualifications and experience
