General Manager

• Operations Leadership: Directing daily production, scheduling, resource allocation, and supply chain to meet demands
• Strategy & Planning: Developing and executing operational strategies, setting goals, and contributing to overall business objectives.
• Team Leadership: Hiring, training, mentoring, and motivating staff; fostering a high-performance, safe culture.
• Quality & Safety: Championing safety protocols (OSHA), ensuring quality control, and maintaining compliance with standards
• Process Improvement: Analyzing metrics, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Working with other departments (HR, Finance, Sales, Engineering) to align goals and resolve issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
