Job Summary:
Fourart Designs Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced and strategic General Manager to lead overall agency operations, business growth, and team performance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital marketing agency management, client handling, and team leadership, with the ability to scale the business while maintaining creative and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities:Agency Operations & Leadership
- Oversee end-to-end operations of Fourart Designs, ensuring smooth coordination across creative, marketing, content, performance, sales, and accounts teams.
- Implement operational processes, workflows, and SOPs to improve efficiency and accountability.
- Monitor agency performance against revenue, delivery, and quality benchmarks.
Client Management & Business Growth
- Lead key client relationships and handle high-value client discussions, negotiations, and escalations.
- Drive business development strategies in coordination with the BDE and sales teams.
- Review proposals, pricing, contracts, and scope of work to ensure profitability.
- Ensure client retention through consistent delivery, reporting, and communication.
Strategy & Delivery Excellence
- Provide strategic direction for digital marketing services including SEO, SEM, Paid Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content, Branding, Video, and Performance Marketing.
- Review campaign performance, analytics, and reports to ensure client KPIs are met.
- Guide teams in developing innovative, results-driven digital solutions aligned with client goals.
Team Leadership & Culture
- Lead, mentor, and manage department heads and team leads.
- Build a performance-driven, collaborative, and accountable agency culture aligned with Fourart Designs’ values.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing or creative agencies.
- Proven experience in a senior management or General Manager role.
- Strong understanding of agency workflows, client servicing, and digital marketing execution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Experience managing revenue targets, client portfolios, and operational KPIs.
