What You’ll Do Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team

• Recruit, train, coach, and retain strong leaders and frontline staff
• Set clear expectations, give real feedback, and hold people accountable Deliver an Exceptional Guest Experience
• Create a welcoming, elevated environment where customers feel informed and valued
• Ensure every guest interaction reflects our standards—no exceptions.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll alignment, inventory, cash handling, intaking deliveries
• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly operational rhythms.
• Hit (and beat) KPIs including sales, average ticket, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Analyze performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Ensure 100% compliance with all local and state cannabis regulations
• Lead inventory intake, audits, and monthly inventory counts.
• Foster a workplace built on accountability, respect, and growth
• Be the standard your team follows

What You Bring

• 3+ years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-centric environment
• Proven experience managing teams that include supervisors or leads
• Strong communication skills—you’re direct, clear, and professional
• Operational discipline with the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Cannabis experience is a plus, not required—we’ll train the right leader
• Genuine passion for service, leadership, and building something better
• Ability to use computers and technology.
• Commanding knowledge of Google Suite or Microsoft Office

Schedule & Physical Requirements

• 8+ hour shifts
• 5+ days per week
• Ability to work any day or time, Monday through Sunday
• Open, mid, and closing shifts required
• Late nights required for monthly inventory
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Must be able to speak and understand English
