mega projects across the MENA region
, particularly within the
GCC
.
This role requires a strategic leader capable of driving operational excellence, commercial performance, and sustainable growth while maintaining world-class quality and delivery standards.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Business Leadership

Lead overall business strategy, growth plans, and market positioning for Elegancia Joinery.

Own full
P&L responsibility
, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability improvement.

Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and diversification initiatives within GCC and MENA markets.

Drive operational efficiency, scalability, and long-term sustainability of the joinery business.
Operational Excellence

Oversee end-to-end operations including manufacturing, project delivery, procurement, logistics, and installation.

Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of
large-scale and luxury mega projects
in compliance with contractual requirements.

Implement best practices in production planning, quality control, HSE, and risk management.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives across factory and site operations.
Commercial & Project Delivery

Provide executive oversight on major bids, contracts, claims, and negotiations.

Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure delivery excellence on high-profile projects.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders across the region.
People & Leadership

Build, lead, and mentor senior management and technical teams.

Establish a high-performance culture aligned with Elegancia values and quality standards.

Ensure robust succession planning and talent development across the organization.
Qualifications & Experience

25–30 years
of experience within
contracting and industrial environments
, preferably joinery, fit-out, or construction manufacturing.

Proven experience managing
P&L
and leading full business operations.

Strong exposure to
mega projects
(luxury hotels, high-rise towers, mixed-use developments) across
MENA
.

Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering projects within the
GCC
.

Civil Engineering background preferred
.

Excellent commercial, financial, and strategic decision-making skills.

Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at executive and board level.
