Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager, Sales Operations Manager at Bobro Engineering. The ideal candidate for this demanding position will be someone who is a true self starter, learns and processes quickly, and has the ability to keep track of and manage a multitude of moving parts related to the business in their heads. This job requires much forward thinking and forecasting. Although obviously not a detriment, we are not only considering candidates with a stellar resume or alphabet soup degrees/titles. All we require is that you show up on time, day in and day out, and have the capacity to perform the job at an exceptional level. Job duties of this position include:

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the extensive range of day to day operations of the business.
  • Creating accurate production schedules for the machine shop to follow and addressing any issues/changes through morning meetings.
  • Managing inventory to align with current and anticipated purchase orders and ensuring the facility is stocked with the necessary supplies.
  • Participate in designing and implementing social media marketing campaigns.
  • Participate in monitoring social media, posting regularly, and and answering any customer questions initiated through our various social media channels.
  • Work with our photographer to generate photos for new products or current social media campaigns.
  • Keeping the DTC e-commerce site up to date with current inventory and help creating product pages (choosing photos, descriptions, pricing, technical specs)
  • Responding to customer inquiries submitted through the website.
  • Maintaining great relationships with our large network of dealers and searching new avenues of growth to pursue or accounts to add.
  • Staying on top of industry trends and making sure our product offerings align with those of our competitors.
  • Initiating and implementing policies and procedures that increase safety, efficiency, quality control etc.
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of all products in order to assist customers with questions.
  • Coordinating with the machine shop to ensure parts are being prepped for the anodizing process.
  • Keeping track of repairs for customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57,891.00 - $75,718.81 per year
