Job Responsibilities
- Implement strategies and policies established by the Board of Directors.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including HR, marketing, finance, and production.
- Organize the company’s internal structure and business functions.
- Recruit and manage employees.
- Report regularly to the Board of Directors.
- Sign contracts and commitments within the scope of authorization.
- Ensure compliance and support audits and inspections.
Job Requirements
- Must hold a four-year bachelor’s degree and have at least 7 years of work experience in the financial or technology sector.
- Must work full-time in Türkiye.
- Appointment must be approved by the Board of Directors.
- Must not be bankrupt or undergoing financial restructuring.
- Must not hold more than 10% equity in any financial institution.
- Must have no serious criminal convictions (such as fraud, bribery, terrorism, etc.).
- Must not be legally prohibited from engaging in trading activities.
- Must not be responsible for incidents that resulted in license revocation.
- Must have no administrative penalties in the past five years.
