Job Responsibilities

  • Implement strategies and policies established by the Board of Directors.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including HR, marketing, finance, and production.
  • Organize the company’s internal structure and business functions.
  • Recruit and manage employees.
  • Report regularly to the Board of Directors.
  • Sign contracts and commitments within the scope of authorization.
  • Ensure compliance and support audits and inspections.

Job Requirements

  • Must hold a four-year bachelor’s degree and have at least 7 years of work experience in the financial or technology sector.
  • Must work full-time in Türkiye.
  • Appointment must be approved by the Board of Directors.
  • Must not be bankrupt or undergoing financial restructuring.
  • Must not hold more than 10% equity in any financial institution.
  • Must have no serious criminal convictions (such as fraud, bribery, terrorism, etc.).
  • Must not be legally prohibited from engaging in trading activities.
  • Must not be responsible for incidents that resulted in license revocation.
  • Must have no administrative penalties in the past five years.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 400,000.00TRY per month
