Key Responsibilities:
1.Lead enterprise-wide M&A integration as a center of excellence, establishing governance, decision rights, and executive reporting while advising senior leadership on risks and value realization.
2.Own end-to-end integration planning and execution, from pre-sign diligence to post-close delivery, ensuring seamless coordination across all corporate and business functions.
3.Drive synergy realization by validating deal assumptions, defining revenue and cost synergy initiatives, and tracking value capture through robust KPIs and dashboards.
4.Establish strong program governance and stakeholder management through steering committees, executive forums, board reporting, and coordination with external advisors.
5.Proactively manage integration risks and business continuity, safeguarding customers, talent, technology, and regulatory compliance.
6.Lead change management and cultural integration, aligning organizational design, communications, and leadership onboarding to build a unified organization.
7.Build long-term integration capability by developing high-performing teams, codifying best practices, and embedding integration thinking into overall M&A strategy.
