Overview

We Care Senior Care, a leading Home Instead franchise, is hiring a results-driven General Manager to run a growing home care business serving Racine, Burlington, Kenosha, and surrounding communities.

This is a hands-on, high-accountability leadership role. We are looking for someone who thinks like an owner, gets excited about KPIs, and is motivated by growth and uncapped bonus opportunity.

You will lead one branch with multiple territories and a small team, owning both strategy and execution.

This role is not a fit for someone seeking a low-pressure, highly delegated, or purely strategic leadership position.

What You Will Own:

  • Revenue growth and profitability (ODP ownership)

  • Sales activity, referrals, and conversion performance

  • Care Professional recruiting, engagement, and retention

  • Day-to-day operations across multiple territories

  • Team performance, culture, and accountability

  • Financial discipline, forecasting, and expense control

How Success Is Measured:

  • Revenue and hours growth

  • Owner’s Discretionary Profit (ODP)

  • Sales activity and conversion rates

  • Care Professional retention and staffing stability

  • Client satisfaction and quality outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all daily operations from a centralized office in Racine

  • Own full P&L responsibility and drive profitability

  • Personally drive and coach sales and growth initiatives

  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing admin team

  • Build and maintain strong community and referral relationships

  • Monitor KPIs, conduct audits, and implement improvements

  • Lead weekly team meetings and monthly one-on-ones

  • Partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards

  • Adhere to all franchise standards and processes

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of business or operations leadership experience

  • P&L ownership and revenue growth responsibility

  • Sales-minded and expereince with strong relationship-building skills

  • Experience leading teams and managing performance

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required) and CRM experience preferred

  • Expereince with EOS leadership prinicpals

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Total compensation $85,000-$100,000+ (base salary + uncapped performance bonuses)

Work Location & Schedule:

  • Onsite role based in Racine, WI

  • Serving Racine, Kenosha, and Burlington territories

  • Monday–Friday, daytime/evening hours (flexibility required based on business needs)
