We are seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead and scale our regional operations.
The General Manager will have full P&L responsibility for a residential exterior business generating $15M+ in annual revenue, with clear expectations of driving 15%+ year-over-year growth.
This leader will oversee all aspects of operations, revenue performance, team development, financial management, and strategic expansion. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) home services, particularly in roofing and insurance-based replacement models.

Requirements:

10+ years of leadership experience in D2C home services
