Job Summary

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving the company’s growth and performance. The GM ensures all departments work smoothly and efficiently to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations across all departments.

Ensure customer satisfaction and handle major complaints or issues.

Coordinate with department heads to improve productivity and service quality.

Maintain company policies, standards, and compliance.

Support recruitment, performance reviews, and staff development.

Identify operational issues and propose effective solutions.

Ensure a safe, clean, and professional work environment.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

Proven experience as a Manager/General Manager.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Good knowledge of operations and administration.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Strong decision-making and organizational skills.

Additional Requirements (Optional)

Experience in construction is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
