General Manager

We are looking for a General Manager (m/f/d) to lead our Qatar operations. You won’t just manage day-to-day tasks—you will set the vision, drive strategy, and ensure the company achieves its growth goals. You will lead a talented team, bridge the gap between operational challenges and business opportunities, and be the driving force behind our success in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Set the vision and execute growth strategies across sales, marketing, logistics, and operations.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate department heads and staff to achieve company goals.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and ensure operational efficiency and profitability.
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure products and operations meet local regulations and industry standards.
• Stakeholder Relations: Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners.
• Operational Excellence: Streamline processes and optimize performance across all departments.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: 7+ years in senior leadership roles (General Manager, Operations Director, or similar), preferably in health, wellness, or FMCG sectors.

Business Acumen: Strong understanding of strategy, P&L management, and business growth metrics.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire, guide, and grow teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Mindset: Pragmatic and results-driven. You know when to innovate, when to delegate, and how to execute efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR45,000.00 - QAR60,000.00 per month
