General Manager
to lead and manage the business through this development journey.
The
General Manager
will serve as a key
strategic partner to the CEO
, responsible for overseeing all business operations and ensuring operational excellence across our newly consolidated divisions. A critical mandate of this role is to successfully implement the new organizational blueprint.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Restructuring Implementation

Lead the organizational restructuring rollout, transitioning the company from a flat hierarchy to a structured divisional model. And suggesting improvements

Manage all Centralized Functions
-
Implement and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and internal chargeback models for services provided to sister entities.

Improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes.
Operational Excellence

Oversee and evaluate daily operations across facility management, commercial leasing, inventory, and centralized support services, including sister companies and entities.

Manage budgets, including profit and loss statements, ensuring cost-efficiency across all divisions.

Ensure that all departments deliver the highest standard of quality and service to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
Business Development & Commercial Strategy

Implement business strategies that align with company objectives and set clear goals for revenue growth within the Commercial Operations Division.

Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships and maximizing occupancy and secondary revenue streams.

Maintain strong, productive relationships with property owners, clients, and suppliers.
Strategic Planning

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations to the CEO.

Forecast management plans and prepare comprehensive performance reports that explain variances and track SLA compliance.

Provide effective solutions to complex operational issues, such as profit decline, resource allocation, and employee conflicts.
Tenant Loyalty & Satisfaction

Ensure the highest standards of tenant service and satisfaction are consistently met across all leased properties.

Ensure the Facility Management department performs at a high standard, delivering rapid response times and preventative maintenance.

Implement targeted initiatives to improve tenant retention and long-term loyalty.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressive management and leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a General Manager role or similar, (specifically within the Real Estate or Facility Management sectors preferred ).
Expertise & Skills
-
Proven success in managerial roles with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Demonstrated experience in leading organizational restructuring initiatives and change management.

In-depth knowledge of facilities management, commercial operations, and the real estate business.

Strong financial acumen, with experience managing cross-entity billing, SLAs, and matrix reporting structures.

Ability to motivate, lead, and develop a diverse workforce of over 200 employees.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Language: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
