Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards and local regulations.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Financial Performance: Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and cost-control goals.
- Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through proactive service and problem resolution.
- Sales & Marketing: Collaborate with sales teams to drive occupancy and market share growth.
- Property Maintenance: Oversee upkeep and safety of the property, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel management experience, preferably with Wyndham, Choice, G6 or similar brands.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and drive financial results.
- Knowledge of hotel operations systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
