is seeking a seasoned
General Manager to lead its architectural and fitout operations across the GCC
, with a primary focus on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will oversee the full business lifecycle — from mega-scale project delivery to financial performance — and will serve as a principal driver of the company's growth strategy in one of the world's most ambitious construction markets.
Mandatory requirements:

Experience: Minimum 20 years in architectural or fitout works, with a proven track record of leading mega-scale projects from inception to completion.

Financial Acumen: Strong command of Profit & Loss management, budgeting, cost control, and business performance reporting at a division or company level.

GCC Market Expertise: Demonstrated delivery of large-scale projects within the GCC, with direct experience in Saudi Arabia considered essential.

Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or Architecture from a recognised institution. Professional licensure is an advantage.
Preferred profile:

Prior experience within a
holding company
structure, managing multiple business units or subsidiaries simultaneously.

Exposure to Vision 2030-era giga projects or high-value hospitality, commercial, or mixed-use developments in KSA.

Executive-level stakeholder management, including engagement with government entities, developers, and international consultants.

Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and lead large cross-functional teams across both technical and commercial disciplines.

Fluency in Arabic is a significant advantage for navigating the local market and client relationships.
Key responsibilities:

Lead the overall strategic direction and operational execution of Elegancia Arabia's architectural and fitout portfolio.

Own full P&L accountability — driving revenue growth, margin optimisation, and cost discipline across all projects.

Oversee bidding, tendering, and contract negotiations for mega-scale and high-complexity projects.

Govern project delivery standards, quality benchmarks, HSE compliance, and client satisfaction across the business.

Build and maintain executive relationships with key clients, joint venture partners, and regulatory authorities in KSA and across the GCC.

Align business operations with group-level targets and report performance to the board and holding company leadership.
