General Manager- 5 Star Resort in Boracay-Philippines

A premier luxury destination offering over 100 guestrooms along with three restaurants, a vibrant bar, banqueting facilities and state-of-the-art kitchens has a vacancy for a General Manager.

The General Manager will be responsible for leading all resort operations with a focus on excellence, guest satisfaction, and financial sustainability. This role requires a visionary leader who can inspire a diverse team, manage resources effectively, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality. The candidate must have excellent experience in managing 5 Star International Hotel with good F & B background. International experience in Southeast Asia will be a Plus.

Candidate must have 7–10 years in hotel or resort management, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. A hotelier who lives and breathes Food & Beverage and exceptional guest service. They must have Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field from European hospitality school.

Salary USD 8,000 -$10,000 PM along with excellent expat benefits
