General Manager at Bluffton

Essential Functions:

• Previous experience in the restaurant industry or fast food of at minimum
• Demonstrating leadership and development (ability to recruit, screen, hire, develop and retain Team Members)
• Solid knowledge of Food Cost and Labor Cost
• Proven ability to grow sales and control costs
• Demonstrated or proven career ladder climb
• A candidate with dependable transportation
• A candidate who values a TEAM and knows how to motivate and instill standards in their TEAM

EDUCATION

High school diploma or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE

1-2 years in a management position (preferably restaurant experience)

HOURS

Able to work flexible hours necessary to manage and operate the restaurant effectively.

• Financial/analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P & L management.
• Organizational, planning and time management

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

PHYSICAL ABILITIES:

• Stand for long periods of time.

• Workaround others in close quarters.
• Move throughout the restaurant and observe restaurant operations and employee work performance.
• Able to lift 50 – 75 pounds comfortably.
• Work with various cleaning products.
