General Manager at SRCMcJoe

Solar Roast Coffee in Pueblo, CO is looking for one general manager to join our 22 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, good at communication and reliable. This position is required to work 35-40 hours a week, weekends required.

Starting pay rate is $16.25/hr +cash/card tips (this brings it to ~$18.00-$21.00/hr)

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations
• Manage staff and delegate responsibility as needed
• Maintain excellent customer service standards
• Manage profit and loss figures

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
• Positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused workplace
• Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
• Manager Food Handler's Certification will need to be acquired upon hiring
