Compensation: $200,000+ total earning potential (base + performance-based bonuses)

In less than 2 years, Austin Lakehouse has grown into a thriving business with approx. $10M in annual sales. Revenue comes from both our high-volume restaurant operations and a rapidly expanding events business — where partners like Tesla, Formula 1, and the University of Texas have already hosted full buyouts. The right leader will help scale both sides of the business, taking us to $15M–$20M in annual sales.

Responsibilities:

- Lead, inspire, and grow a large, diverse team to deliver excellence at scale

- Build and execute strategies to increase sales from approx. $10M to $15M–$20M

- Oversee daily operations, including financial performance, service, and guest satisfaction

- Recruit, train, and develop hospitality professionals

- Drive operational efficiencies without compromising guest experience

- Collaborate with ownership on long-term growth strategy

Qualifications:

- Proven leadership in high-volume, full-service restaurants (multi-million-dollar operations required)

- Proven experience scaling a business by 50% or more as a GM or operator

- Minimum 3 years experience running a restaurant with $10M+ in annual sales

- Strong track record of scaling sales and growing revenues

- Experience with restaurant + events operations is a strong plus

- Energetic, inspiring, and hands-on leadership style

- Exceptional people management and financial acumen

- Passion for hospitality, service, and building strong culture
