Who We Are

Faevaa Detail World is a high-volume, hand car wash and automotive detailing operation serving the Houston market for over six years. This is not a self-service wash or a tunnel operation. We operate in a structured, bay-based facility similar to an automotive service shop, with full-service detailing performed indoors.

We are entering our next phase of growth and are seeking a strong operational leader to help drive structure, accountability, and revenue performance at the location level.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands the automotive service environment and is ready to take ownership of results.

The Role

As General Manager, you will be responsible for the full day-to-day operation of the shop, including:

  • Revenue performance and meeting monthly sales targets
  • Managing labor efficiency and scheduling
  • Overseeing service quality and production flow
  • Hiring, coaching, and holding team members accountable
  • Managing customer experience and retention
  • Tracking KPIs, daily numbers, and performance metrics
  • Working directly with ownership to improve systems and SOPs
  • Ensuring vendor coordination and operational readiness

This role requires someone who is comfortable managing both people and numbers.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a leader with:

  • Minimum 3+ years experience in the automotive industry
  • (detail shop, car wash, service department, tire shop, dealership, etc.)
  • Previous management or service manager experience
  • Experience working with commissions, performance goals, and revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of shop workflow and production efficiency
  • Comfort using shop management software (experience with Shopmonkey is a plus)
  • Ability to build structure, not just maintain it
  • Professional communication skills
  • Clean background and ability to pass a drug screeningThis is not an entry-level management role.

We are looking for someone who understands accountability, numbers, and operational execution.

Compensation

  • $25 per hour starting base pay
  • 40-hour work week (5 days on, 2 days off)
  • Monthly performance-based bonus structure tied to revenue and operational goals
  • Realistic earning potential: $70,000+ annually for high performers
