We’re retained on a confidential search for a General Manager to lead a complex manufacturing operation tied to demanding industrial and automotive programs. This is a hands-on site leadership role that combines full plant leadership with broader business, operational, and strategic responsibilities.

This role needs someone who has real experience in aluminum extrusion, aluminum fabrication, or a related metals environment, plus exposure to Tier 1 automotive suppliers, automotive OEMs, or similarly high-accountability manufacturing operations.

This is not a maintenance-mode seat. This is a build, lead, improve, and grow role.

What this leader will own:

• Full site performance
• Operations, engineering, maintenance, safety, and quality
• Leadership development across the plant
• Customer performance and operational execution
• P&L, productivity, asset utilization, and engagement
• Capital planning and growth support

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience leading a manufacturing site or major business unit
• Strong background across plant operations and cross-functional leadership
• Direct aluminum extrusion, aluminum fabrication, or related metals experience
• Experience working with Tier 1 automotive suppliers, automotive OEMs, or similar high-volume customer-driven environments
• A track record of improving plant performance, building stronger leaders, and driving accountability
• Someone who can lead through change, growth, launches, and operational pressure
• Strong business judgment, urgency, and presence on the floor
• Servant leadership style with real drive for results

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $200,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year
