Designation: Manager – Audit & Compliance Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Location : [Malad (West), Mumbai]

. Job Summary:

The GM – Audit & Compliance is responsible for driving financial discipline, project-level audits, and adherence to internal processes across Flipspaces. The role ensures strong governance, timely reconciliations, and accurate financial reporting across projects, procurement, and business units.

Key Responsibilities :

1.Financial Audit & Controls

 Review receivables and payables including ageing, movements, and reconciliations.

 Validate vendor invoices, contracts, POs, and supporting documentation.

 Ensure timely monthly and project-level financial reconciliations.

 Support audit schedules, control checks, and documentation requirements.

2. Project-Level Audit

 Conduct weekly/monthly project-level audits with Finance and Project teams.

 Verify statutory compliance (GST, insurance, documentation).

 Track project budgets vs. actuals and escalate deviations.

 Identify risks, delays, cost leaks, and coordinate corrective actions.

3. Procurement & Operational Compliance

 Ensure adherence to P2P processes including vendor onboarding, rate cards, and documentation.

 Monitor use of Vizdom, Procurement Dashboard, and internal workflows.

 Strengthen commercial documentation and control mechanisms.

4. Business Unit Process Audits

 Conduct periodic audits for:

o Sales: Pipeline hygiene, CRM accuracy

o Procurement: Documentation & P2P flow compliance

o Projects: Approvals, change orders, commercial documentation

o Finance: Control checks and reporting discipline

 Publish audit findings, highlight red flags, and follow up until closure.

5. SOP & Checklist Governance

 Maintain updated audit checklists and SOPs.

 Track process exceptions, document deviations, and work with stakeholders for closure.

 Improve standardisation and documentation practices across teams.

Qualifications & Skills

 CA / CMA (preferred)

 MBA in Finance (added advantage)

 Certifications such as CIA / CISA / CPA are beneficial Strong academic foundation in:

 Audit & Assurance  Internal Controls & SOX / IFC Frameworks

 Accounting Standards (Ind-AS / IFRS)

 Compliance & Risk Management

 Financial Reporting & Analysis

 Operational and Process Audits

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
