Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and oversee large-scale construction operations in Saudi Arabia. The role involves strategic planning, project execution, team leadership, and business growth across infrastructure, oil & gas, and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end construction operations across multiple projects
• Oversee large-scale infrastructure, oil & gas, and commercial developments
• Drive project delivery with a focus on quality, safety, cost, and timelines
• Manage senior project teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Support business growth, strategic planning, and operational excellence
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, company standards, and industry best practices

Requirements

• Minimum 20+ years of experience in construction management
• Strong experience in infrastructure, oil & gas, and commercial projects
• Proven leadership experience in senior or general management roles
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
• Prior experience in the Middle East / Saudi Arabia is preferred
