General Manager - Contracting Company

We are seeking an experienced General Manager for a contracting company in the UAE.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum 10–15 years UAE experience in contracting/construction.

Strong knowledge of UAE authorities, regulations, and tendering processes.

Proven leadership and business development skills.

Responsibilities:

Identify and secure new project opportunities and tenders.

Oversee all construction projects and daily operations.

Ensure timely completion, quality, and cost control.

Develop client relationships and support company growth.
