What Would the Work Entail:
- Ensure growth and oversee achievement of team targets, profitability, and continued viability of the service line.
- Ensure a healthy pipeline of solid leads through various Business development programs.
- Reach out & follow up with the fastest-growing corporate companies and secure business.
- Accountable for getting the team to perform regular and effective business development to identify prospective clients who require office space and seek appointments to identify suitable properties with property owners who wish to dispose/lease space.
- Should be able to assess client requirements and serve promptly to maximize closure opportunities.
- Present offers of terms and conditions on properties and conduct inspections for clients who are looking to buy or lease properties.
- Structure & carry out transactions and conduct negotiations on behalf of the client to conclude sale/purchase or lease transactions.
- Follow up with clients & landlords on contractual deliverables such as payments, handover of space etc. as agreed on the scope of work.
- Ensuring optimum client service delivery and engagement - calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow-up, and accurate & timely submission of company proposals to prospective clientele and overall governance during the execution phase. Your Attributes:
- Should have 8+ years of Corporate Real Estate experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of multiple languages beneficial (Spoken)
- Understanding and commitment to client development
- Self-Starter, resourceful, confident, well-organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail-oriented
