<Responsibilities>
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies aligned with organizational goals, emphasizing SEO, SEM, marketing automation, and performance marketing.
- Oversee the management of content across multiple platforms including WordPress, content management systems, and social media channels to ensure consistency and brand integrity.
- Lead the optimization of website performance through conversion rate improvements, HTML/CSS adjustments, and technical SEO practices utilizing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO tools.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and other digital channels to maximize ROI while maintaining brand voice.
- Coordinate content creation efforts including copywriting, graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop, and video editing as needed for engaging campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics regularly to refine strategies; utilize SQL and JavaScript for data analysis and website enhancements.
- Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams such as marketing, IT, sales, and creative units to ensure seamless execution of digital projects.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in digital marketing, B2B marketing strategies, e-commerce innovations, and new tools to keep the organization at the forefront of industry standards.
<Qualifications>
- Proven experience leading digital management teams with a focus on SEO tools, content management systems like WordPress, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
- Strong expertise in SEM campaigns including Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL for website optimization and data analysis purposes.
- Demonstrated ability in content creation—copywriting, graphic design (Adobe Photoshop/Creative Suite), video editing—and social media management.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and strategies for boosting online sales through conversion optimization techniques.
