Our Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager/Director – Specialized in Café & Roastery to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities:
 

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
• Manage budgets and financial performance, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government agencies.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legal requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, adapting strategies as needed.
• Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
   

Qualifications:
 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Extensive experience in a senior management role, preferably within a similar industry.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
• Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are highly advantageous.
• A deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian business landscape is preferred.
