General Manager-EUROPE ( F&B Amusement Park)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing daily operations.
  • Monitor performance and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Identify areas for operational improvement and implement solutions.

2. Team Leadership

  • Support in recruiting, training, and mentoring staff members.
  • Supervise and evaluate team performance, addressing any issues as needed.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

3. Customer Experience

  • Ensure a high standard of customer service is consistently delivered.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
  • Gather and act on customer feedback to enhance satisfaction.

4. Financial Oversight

  • Assist in budget planning and cost management.
  • Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profits.
  • Generate reports and provide recommendations to improve profitability.

5. Administrative Duties

  • Oversee scheduling, inventory, and supply management.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage vendor relationships and maintain necessary documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using management tools and software.
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving aptitude.
