OPERATIONS & FINANCE LEAD (GENERAL MANAGER)

Role Overview

On-site leadership role for a manufacturing facilityPrimarily operations-focused, with full responsibility for plant performance and daily operationsRequires a strong finance background to support decision-making, banking coordination, and compliance This is not a pure finance role; hands-on operational leadership is essential

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage overall plant operations, ensuring smooth end-to-end manufacturing activities.

* Oversee production planning, coordination, execution, and operational efficiency.

* Handle day-to-day operational challenges with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.

* Ensure effective coordination between production, supply chain, and administrative teams.

* Monitor plant performance and drive continuous operational improvements.

* Manage banking relationships, including coordination on transactions and facilities.

* Oversee cash flow monitoring and routine financial coordination.

* Support budgeting, cost control, and basic financial reporting for operational decision-making.

* Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, auditors, and local institutions as required.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and operational standards.

* Act as the overall operations lead at the facility, reporting directly to senior management.

Candidate Profile

* Strong operations management experience in a manufacturing environment.

* Finance or accounting background with solid financial understanding.

* Experience working with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

* Ability to manage operations holistically, beyond desk-based responsibilities.

* Hands-on leadership style with strong coordination and decision-making skills.

* Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working in dynamic manufacturing setups.
