Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic & Business Management
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales, profit, and market share goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee expansion plans, new store openings, and e-commerce strategies.
- Prepare and manage annual business plans, budgets, and forecasts.
2. Operations Management
- Ensure smooth daily operations across all stores and business units.
- Implement operational policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Drive store performance through strong visual merchandising, inventory management, and customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety, and quality requirements.
3. Sales & Marketing
- Set and monitor sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for stores and teams.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, events, and branding activities.
- Oversee pricing, discount policies, and loyalty programs.
- Ensure customer feedback and satisfaction are continuously improved.
4. Financial Management
- Monitor and control operational costs to maintain profitability.
- Review financial reports, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure accurate inventory valuation, stock control, and cost efficiency.
5. People Management
- Lead, motivate, and develop retail management and staff teams.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of store managers and key staff.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and excellence.
6. Product & Merchandising
- Collaborate with design and buying teams to ensure product alignment with market demand and brand identity.
- Oversee merchandise planning, stock allocation, and seasonal rollouts.
- Monitor bestsellers, slow movers, and ensure timely replenishment or markdowns.
7. Digital & E-commerce Oversight
- Drive online sales strategy, digital marketing, and omni-channel integration.
- Coordinate with IT and marketing teams for digital initiatives, website optimization, and social media
