Reporting To: Managing Director

CTC: 1k to 1.5 lakh

Job Summary:

· Oversee all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, cost accounting, and revenue recognition.

· Develop and manage annual and multi-year budgets to meet organizational needs, including preparation of periodic budget forecasts and variance analysis.

· Perform financial analysis and reporting to senior management and stakeholders.

· Ensure compliance with financial legal requirements, company policies, and procedures.

· Lead and supervise the finance and accounting team, ensuring high performance and adherence to standards.

· Implement and review internal controls and financial procedures for accuracy and efficiency.

· Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, regulatory reporting, and audits (Internal & Statutory).

· Manage working capital, banking relations, fund procurement, and cash flow forecasting.

· Oversee taxation matters including direct and indirect taxes, and compliance with all tax laws.

· Manage financial risks and identify opportunities to improve profitability.

· Collaborate with other departments to support company-wide strategic goals.

· Utilize ERP systems (e.g., Tally) for streamlined financial operations.

· Support month-end and year-end close processes.

· Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for domestic and international transactions.

· Drive cost control, margin analysis, and profitability assessments specific to construction projects.

Required Skills & Competencies:

ü Taxation and regulatory compliance

ü Risk management and profitability analysis

ü Team leadership and staff development

ü Effective stakeholder management and collaboration

ü Knowledge of import-export finance and international transactions is a plus

ü Strong financial analysis & business acumen

ü Expertise in construction accounting & project financing

ü Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Tally, Oracle)

ü Excellent negotiation & investor relations

ü Leadership & decision-making in high-pressure environments

· Construction / Real Estate / Infrastructure

· EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) Firms

· Industrial / Large-Scale Project Developers

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
