General Manager - Finance & Accounts

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager- Finance at Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works, located in Mumbai. The General Manager- Finance will be responsible for managing financial accounts, ensuring compliance with regulations, preparing financial statements, handling audits, and providing insights to support decision-making. Additional duties include monitoring budgets, identifying financial risks, and overseeing financial transactions and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Financial Accounting, Financial Analysis, and Budget Management
• Experience with Taxation, Compliance, and Audit Processes
• Proficiency in Cost Management, Expense Tracking, and Financial Reporting
• Knowledge of Accounting Software, ERP Systems, and Spreadsheet Applications
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• CA, CPA, or equivalent qualification preferred -
• Experience in the marine or engineering industry is a plus
