General Manager for Fastener Manufacturing

Position Summary:

The General Manager will be responsible for leading the overall operations of the company, driving business growth, achieving annual sales targets, and ensuring strong financial performance. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in fasteners manufacturing industry along with solid expertise in sales, marketing, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all operational activities of the company

• Develop and implement annual strategic and operational plans

• Drive sales growth and achieve annual revenue targets

• Develop and execute effective marketing strategies

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

• Monitor cash flow, profitability, and profit & loss statements

• Analyze financial and operational reports and recommend improvements

• Ensure operational efficiency, quality standards, and cost control

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers

• Lead, motivate, and develop cross-functional teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO2,000.000 - RO2,500.000 per month
