GENERAL MANAGER FOR FEED MILL

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager – Chicken Feed Mill to oversee all feed manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production, quality control, cost management, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and extensive experience in poultry feed production and mill management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage overall feed mill operations, including production, maintenance, quality assurance, procurement, and logistics.

Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.

Monitor feed formulations and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Manage budgets, production costs, inventory, and resource utilization.

Supervise and develop departmental managers and operational staff.

Coordinate with sales, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Ensure preventive maintenance programs are implemented for all plant equipment.

Analyze operational performance and prepare management reports.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Poultry Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree will be preferred.

Minimum 8–12 years of experience in poultry feed manufacturing, with at least 3–5 years in a senior management role.

Strong knowledge of poultry feed production processes, quality systems, and feed formulations.

Excellent leadership, planning, and decision-making skills.

Strong financial , stock management and operational management capabilities.

Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
