It is a fast casual restaurant making everything in each store.
responsibilities:
- follow company recipes are being followed correctly
- accountability for all financial matters: sales and revenue, food cost, labor control, store expenses
- commitment to company's standards, expectations and procedures
- uphold company's high standard of food quality and freshness
- ensure that all register transactions are correct and accounted for
- managing daily and weekly store inventory
- making and tracking all store purchases
- provide every customer with an outstanding dining/service experience, both in-store and to-go/delivery
- relay allergen and nutritional information to guests as requested
- ensure the store is opened and closed properly
- follow all state and corporate food safety and sanitation requirements
- create a welcoming, hardworking team dynamic
qualifications:
- able to work 50-55 hours/week
- reliable transportation to and from work
- a legal driver's license to deliver caterings
- Serve Safe Certified
- 3 or more years of management in fast casual or full-service industry
- strong skills in: communication, organization, multi-tasking, prioritization and leadership
- great work ethic
- outgoing and energetic personality
- able to be on your feet for 10 hours a day and lift up to 50lbs
- basic knowledge of microsoft 365 (outlook, word, excel)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
