Job Title: Hospital General Manager
Location: Prayagraj (UP)
Salary - 30000-50000

We are seeking an experienced Hospital General Manager to lead overall hospital operations, administration, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day hospital operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Manage clinical, administrative, and support departments
• Improve patient care quality and satisfaction
• Monitor budgets, revenue, and cost control
• Develop business strategies and increase hospital occupancy
• Build relationships with doctors, corporates & referral networks
• Ensure NABH and statutory compliance
• Handle staff management, training, and performance evaluation

Requirements:

• 6+ years experience in hospital administration/management
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of hospital operations & healthcare regulations
• Excellent communication and team management ability

Qualification:

• MBA / MHA / Hospital Administration preferred
