We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead all aspects of hotel operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences while achieving financial and operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of hotel leadership experience, including experience as a General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Director of Operations.
- Full-service hotel experience is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record in revenue management, guest satisfaction, team leadership, and financial performance.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, and Housekeeping.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and driving profitability.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
- Hyatt brand experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Lead, develop, and mentor department heads and hotel team members.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve financial objectives.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Build a positive culture focused on service excellence and employee engagement.
- Maintain strong relationships with guests, clients, and the local community.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on hospitality leader with a passion for guest service, strong business acumen, and prior experience managing a full-service hotel environment.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
