Position Summary
The Jamba General Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the store, including operations, guest experience, sales growth, and financial results. This role leads, develops, and motivates a team of Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers while ensuring brand excellence and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and model exceptional guest service

Oversee daily store operations, including food preparation and guest interactions

Drive sales performance, revenue growth, and profitability

Manage inventory, ordering, and food/labor cost controls

Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team

Execute strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty

Address guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally

Partner with regional and corporate leaders to ensure brand standards are met

Job Requirements/Physical Demands:

Must be 18 years old or older.

The essential job functions are prolonged/stationary standing, walking, squatting, bending, and repetitive and constant hand/arm motions.

The ability to lift to 50+ pounds.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly stressed environment when dealing with systems/guests/staff.

Work with agility.

Assist in training and developing new hires.

Occasional long hours within the state and federal applicable laws.

Ability to write simple correspondence [In English]. Ability to effectively share information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, and other employees of the organization who only speak English for safety and communication purposes.

Ability to test products by taste, color, and smell.
License/Certifications:

Reliable transportation.

Current ServSafe certification required. If certification is not current, must pass ServSafe certification within 30 days of employment.

Food Handler Permit as required by local laws.

Compliance with all local Health Department requirements.
