Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate:

• Has 10+ years of experience in the glass industry
• Is deeply knowledgeable across:
• Automotive glass installation & repair
• Residential glass
• Commercial glass
• Customer service & estimating
• Is obsessive about organization, efficiency, cost control, and accuracy
• Has elite attention to detail—because in the glass business, small mistakes are big mistakes
• Thinks like an owner, not an employee
• Brings in business, builds systems, and makes themselves irreplaceable
• Is driven to grow something—not just clock in and out

This is not a position for someone who:

• Watches the clock
• Does the bare minimum
• Wants a paycheck without responsibility

What You’ll Do

• Take over day-to-day operations of valueGLASS
• Ensure flawless execution across automotive, residential, and commercial jobs
• Oversee ordering, measurements, and part accuracy
• Manage workflow, scheduling, and job efficiency
• Maintain cost discipline and operational profitability
• Lead by example in workmanship and professionalism
• Build and strengthen customer relationships
• Actively contribute to business growth and reputation
• Help shape the future direction of the company

Required Experience & Skills

• Extensive hands-on glass experience (auto, residential, commercial)
• Strong knowledge of automobile makes and models
• Familiarity with auto glass estimating processes (major plus)
• ADAS system knowledge
• Dealership experience is advantageous
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and lead decisively
