Alomar Holding Company, a leading diversified investment group in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a General Manager to lead its Marketing & Sales subsidiary in Riyadh. Key responsibilities include:

Lead the full operation of the subsidiary across marketing, sales, and execution to achieve revenue targets and profitability.

Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with the group’s direction, focusing on execution and measurable results.

Drive sales performance through effective marketing, lead generation, and conversion management.

Oversee and optimize digital marketing performance, including CPL, lead quality, and funnel efficiency.

Build, lead, and scale a high-performing marketing and sales team with clear KPIs, accountability, and performance management.

Ensure tight alignment between marketing activities and sales outcomes.

Monitor performance through KPIs and dashboards, taking corrective actions as needed.

Identify market opportunities, analyze competitors, and position the company effectively.

Maintain operational discipline and ensure efficient use of budgets and resources.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:

Saudi nationality and eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field

Proven senior leadership experience in marketing and sales with a track record of driving revenue growth and end-to-end go-to-market initiatives

Experience leading B2C sales for real estate (off-plan and ready units), including managing the full customer journey from lead to closing

Experience building, mentoring, and scaling marketing and sales teams with a team size of 8+ direct/functional reports

Hands-on experience using Salesforce CRM for lead management and pipeline tracking

Hands-on proficiency with GA4 and Google Tag Manager for digital marketing measurement and tracking

Hands-on performance marketing experience managing Google Ads (Search/Display) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns

Real estate marketing and sales experience supporting real estate development projects

Hands-on experience optimizing lead generation funnels using CPL/CPA and lead-quality metrics tied to sales outcomes

Arabic (native or fluent)

English (business fluent)

Experience reporting directly to a CEO or equivalent executive leader with regular performance/KPI reporting
