General Manager (Marketing & Sales Subsidiary)

Alomar Holding Company, a leading diversified investment group in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a General Manager to lead its Marketing & Sales subsidiary in Riyadh. The company specializes in real estate development, property management, and strategic business ventures, delivering integrated solutions with a commitment to quality, governance, and sustainable growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the full operation of the subsidiary across marketing, sales, and execution to achieve revenue targets and profitability.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with the group’s direction, focusing on execution and measurable results.
  • Drive sales performance through effective marketing, lead generation, and conversion management.
  • Oversee and optimize digital marketing performance, including CPL, lead quality, and funnel efficiency.
  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing marketing and sales team with clear KPIs, accountability, and performance management.
  • Ensure tight alignment between marketing activities and sales outcomes.
  • Monitor performance through KPIs and dashboards, taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Identify market opportunities, analyze competitors, and position the company effectively.
  • Maintain operational discipline and ensure efficient use of budgets and resources.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Saudi nationality and eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Proven senior leadership experience in marketing and sales with a track record of driving revenue growth and end-to-end go-to-market initiatives
  • Experience leading B2C sales for real estate (off-plan and ready units), including managing the full customer journey from lead to closing
  • Experience building, mentoring, and scaling marketing and sales teams with a team size of 8+ direct/functional reports
  • Hands-on experience using Salesforce CRM for lead management and pipeline tracking
  • Hands-on proficiency with GA4 and Google Tag Manager for digital marketing measurement and tracking
  • Hands-on performance marketing experience managing Google Ads (Search/Display) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns
  • Real estate marketing and sales experience supporting real estate development projects
  • Hands-on experience optimizing lead generation funnels using CPL/CPA and lead-quality metrics tied to sales outcomes
  • Arabic (native or fluent)
  • English (business fluent)
  • Experience reporting directly to a CEO or equivalent executive leader with regular performance/KPI reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or relevant Master’s degree
